Refund policy

Online Returns:

Sale Items (Final Sale): Items purchased on sale, with a promo code, during promotional events, or marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or incorrect—contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice.wwsboardshop@gmail.com. Return shipping will be entirely at your expense. We require tracking information to be provided to us via email at customerservice.wwsboardshop@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund for the item or the shipping cost.

Unfortunately for online returns you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost to get the item to you.

Snowboard boots purchased online are not eligible for return.

Sale items purchased online are not eligible for return (exclusions may apply for in store pick ups).

In Store Returns for In Store Purchases:

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for a full refund in the form of payment of original purchase or exchange. If return is made within 14 days (an additional 7 days from the initial 7 day return window) we can offer store credit or an exchange, but will not be offering a full refund. After 14 days returns may be accepted at our discretion on a case by case basis, but we neither guarantee nor are we obligated to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days from purchase date.

All items for return or exchange must be unworn and unused with all of the tags attached along with a receipt for the purchase. Items must be free from dirt and pet hair. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item doesn't meet all of the requirements for return. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages incurred during the shipping and/or delivery process. By purchasing any product you acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred and you will need to handle that directly through the shipping service. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Snowboard boots purchased online are NOT returnable under any circumstances. It's best to come in store and try on multiple boots to ensure you're getting the best fit and the proper size. If you need to purchase boots online make sure you're satisfied with them as they are NOT returnable. 

Wetsuits are not returnable. Check the size chart to ensure you're purchasing the correct size. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. REFUNDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED WHEN YOU MAKE A RETURN. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to not accept any returns that do not meet the standard required of returnable items. In that case a refund will not be provided and it will be at your expense to ship the item back to you. 

For example, if you mail a return item to us and we open the package and it's clearly been used, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund and it will be at your expense to ship the item back to you.
