Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at WWS Boardshop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Unfortunately we do not ship surfboards outside of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Alaska and Hawaii. WWS offers a flat rate shipping charge for surfboard offers, but we reserve the right to cancel any orders that incur unreasonable shipping charges as constituted by WWS. Furthermore, we reserve the right to implement alternative shipping options. 

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you place your order on a Saturday it will likely not ship until Tuesday. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments and/or processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery is available with purchases of over $500. 

Pick up is available in store for any purchases. Order will be ready within one hour of purchase during store hours.

Shipping rates are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to errors in the calculation of price to ship if the price is significantly higher than what you paid. 

Damages:

WWS Boardshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
